Refund policy
Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once your order has been created. It is important to follow our size guides closely to find the most appropriate fit for your dog.
If you have received the wrong product, a different size to what was ordered, or your item was damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will replace your harness free of charge.
If you have placed an order and changed your mind, a refund may be granted at our discretion if production has not commenced. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to assist.
