is great, but the delivery is bad. ordered on the 19th January and received on the 5th February.

We have ordered from here before, we recently had an addition to our family, a Sassy mini Dachshund “Sapphie-Pearl” so ordered Sapphie her own harness and ordered our Ruby-Grace another hardness to match….. great harness, versatile and user friendly….. we love ours for the girls, thank you..

I ordered the incorrect size was told to bad so sad, as item was used, despite I put it on my dog for 5 seconds & realised it was to small., was told no refunds & to reference their refund policy. Also product is made in China & shipping details were in Chinese when being notified regarding delivery delay. Use an Australian sight that dose not high behind wording on their site.

Doesn't fit well. Name tags are Velcroed on. Dogs can slip straight out of the back.

Poor quality. Non existent customer service
